Invly is an online invoice management platform designed for UK freelancers and small businesses. The service is accessible at invly.co.uk.
For the purposes of data protection law, invly acts as the data controller for personal data you provide when creating an account and using the platform.

We collect data in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you use the service.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data.

We do not share your data with marketing companies, data brokers, or any unauthorised third parties. Your invoice data and client data are never shared outside of what is necessary to deliver the service you requested.
We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of invly, our users, or the public.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and financial obligations:

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. financial records).

invly uses a small number of essential cookies to operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
